Q: How long have you been in business?

A: We’ve been in business since 2008 and we became a corporation in 2014. However, our staff has decades of experience in the building industry.

Q: What services do you offer?

A: We offer coordination and installation services for all materials needed to build or remodel showers, walls, countertops, floors including: tile, concrete, stone (natural and composite), wood, and laminate flooring.

Q: What if my job requires electrical or plumbing work?

A: We work with electrical and plumbing contractors we can refer to you for consultation, or depending on the job, coordinate the service as part of your overall project.

Q: Do you provide any type of warranty on the work you do?

A: Yes, we provide a one year warranty on all of our work.

Q: Can I choose the materials being used for my job?

A: Yes, we enthusiastically recommend Emser tile and can direct you to a designer for further assistance. There are many other sources for materials so we can work with you to guide you toward a reliable provider if necessary.

Q: What method of payment do you accept?

A: We accept checks, and all major credit cards through our invoicing system.

Q: How do I get the process of transforming my bathroom, kitchen, or floors started?

A: Simply fill out the form on this site and we will get back to you within 24-36 hours

Q: What accommodations must I make for the duration of the project?

A: Needs vary on a case by case basis, depending on the size of project. Generally speaking, all personal belongings should be removed from baths, kitchens etc. We can help with big items to ensure a safe work area, but all valuables should be removed.

Q: How will you protect my house from the work being done?

A: All work areas are masked off with plastic sheeting to create a dust barrier. Interior floor surfaces to and from the project will be protected depending on the project. Please feel free to communicate your desires for specific attention.

Q: What is your contractor’s license numbers with the State of California?
